This theme began with the band's independent debut full-length album, 'Fixed Retina,' released in December 2005, and has continued throughout the second release, ‘Road Ahead,’ in October 2007 on Ocean View Records. Fixed Retina, produced by Ben Cybulsky at CMC Studios in Canton OH, swept across the nation and beyond, receiving significant airplay on rock, college, and internet radio stations as well as great reviews from notable sources. With songs like "My Resentment" that made its appearance on several compilation discs, including HM Magazine's, in addition to air time on JCTV, and “Excessive Deletive” what The Full Armor of God Broadcast has deemed “one of the greatest metal songs of all time;” Fixed Retina paved a solid foundation. Building on that foundation, Post Mortum’s sophomore release on Ocean View Records has blown away even the toughest critics.
